When Jarlaxle saw the rather impressive move list this pokemon was due to be born with, he knew he wanted the egg. And given that he's had a fairly good rapport with dragons back home, it seemed like the obvious move was to purchase it. Then he was whisked off to Hisui nearly immediately after the egg arrived--he was very lucky that it didn't hatch until he got home.
Her ability is Inner Focus. It keeps her from flinching. Her nature is Adamant; she's proud of her power. Hatched from an egg bought from Cecil. (Her name translates to sisters.)
